These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with the Tiny Creatures platform (“Platform”) — whether you’re browsing, creating an account, or placing an order. By continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you register an account with us, you are responsible for:

•     keeping your login credentials confidential

•     all activity that occurs under your account

•     notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When you place an order on the Platform (“Transaction”), you’ll be asked to provide payment and delivery details. By completing a Transaction, you confirm that:

(a) you are authorised to use the payment method provided; and

(b) all information you submit is accurate and up to date.

Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers (such as Visa and Stripe). By placing an order, you authorise us to share the necessary details with these processors, in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

All prices displayed on the Platform are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices for international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

We work hard to keep the Platform accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all product information, availability, or pricing is error-free at all times. We reserve the right to:

•     correct errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice

•     update, modify, or remove content from the Platform

•     suspend access to the Platform for maintenance or other operational reasons

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

All content on the Platform — including product images, logos, text, and design — is owned by or licensed to Tiny Creatures. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

•     use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

•     attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or our systems

•     submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

•     interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s functionality

•     resell or exploit Platform content for commercial purposes without our consent

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Tiny Creatures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform or any Transaction. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
